This utility is designed to allow you automatically extract the raw text from each page of a document.
To create a OCR utility, you need to click on Models, and then on Create your document AI model.
Under the Document Utilities section, click on OCR.
You can now use the Live Test tab to process documents.
Your OCR utility is now available in your Models tab:
